30 DAY SELF-CARE CALENDAR

Loving Reminder: Put self-care first

the blog

“For small creatures such as we the vastness is bearable only through love.”
— Carl Sagan

I only ever remember seeing the world with the eyes of my heart. My first teacher was my father. He taught me the beauty way: to fully investigate each moment. This moving meditation of being awake to grace is an every day practice. Here is a special moment gently caught through the lens of fellow moment gatherer Jim Beckwith.
It reminds me of my gratitude for my physical eyes to see. As well as love for my Uncle Gerardo, born blind, but who had incredibly strong vision from his heart.
And sister love to Bex Tyrer Yogini Peace Activist, who spoke of her 88 year old Father and the challenge it is to maintain ones eyesight as we age. ‪#‎Ubud‬ @YogaBarn ‪#‎Bali‬
Maybe for small creatures such as we, we truly see most clearly thru the prism of love. And the point is to keep practicing.

Hi love, I’m Silvia!

I’m a specialist in starting over.

Trauma revealed truths that took me to some faraway places for healing and wisdom. In Bali, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Laos, Hawaii and Malaysia, I soaked it up, took bold actions, and expanded what was possible for me.

Through all of this I learned something profound; the power of resiliency can be taught and even making a 5% change can change the future dramatically.

Now I teach women like you to access the power within you to change your life, celebrate your genius and start over to create any life you dare to dream.
