Lovingkindness Aham Prema

While in Sphinx pose I kept repeating to Alexander, “you are love and light. Your superhero power is lovingkindness. Aham Prema.”
He totally gets it.
He knows this to be certain and true.

My wish for him is to never forget who he is.
And then, he reached out his hand to mine, to remind me this is also still true of me.
We are fellow cancers born one week apart July 8 and 15. He is my teacher too.
When he looks into my eyes from his old soul he reassures me about this year & beyond.
