3 Ways to Embrace Life’s Transitions, by Silvia Mordini

I am sitting in the space between my breaths. I have been here before. I am only somewhat comfortable in this place. Most of my discomfort comes from not knowing how long I’ll be here in a transition again. My “hang time” like bubbles in the air challenges my patience. It always seems to take longer than what I want for them to finish their trajectory all the way to the ground. There they rest because their moment is complete. Finally, I can move forward.
