What Do You Love Most About #Yoga?
“In great part depending upon what is going on in my life at the time, what I love most about yoga changes day to day, week to week, year to year. And in my case decade to decade. When I first came to the practice after being in a hit and run accident, yoga retaught me confidence in my own ability to heal. It gave me hope in what is possible.
Later, when I suddenly lost my father at the age of twenty-six, the love of my practice kept me grounded in the full expression of emotion, especially grief, as well as giving me stability during what was a very scary and unstable time in my life. Fast forward to the present, and what I love about yoga is the consistency it gives my personality, and that like a very best friend, it is always bringing me back home.
It strengthens my soul even more than my body, it gives my mind flexibility and grows my #spiritual #happiness.”
I feel seen and appreciated by my friends at DoYouYoga.com I am so grateful for this opportunity to share a wee bit of my story. I’ve written more than 100 articles on my cherished #AlchemyofYoga blog on Do You Yoga. Their library or articles is diverse, and especially helpful to someone newer to yoga. I hope you will consider clicking and reading more.
