Wolf Full Moon Meeting my Spirit Animal

Tonight is my special moon! As a cancerian I am feeling extra blessed up and loving from the cancer super #fullmoon, the wolf moon as its known in Native American lore.
The wolf has been my spirit animal for some years now, ever since a mystical meeting in Marin County when I thought about buying another yoga studio. The wolf medicine reminds me to stay true to my passions, make time for solitude & spiritual practice, and stay committed to trusting my instincts about what is true and authentic. I finally met him last week in California.
The wolf: A power animal symbolic of freedom. 🌟
Wolf power or spirit animals point to an appetite for freedom and living life powerfully, guided by instincts. When a wolf manifests its presence as a guide in your life, it could be a call to live your life more freely, to bring the intensity of passion in your everyday endeavors. The wolf is a representative of deep faith.
Positive symbolism of the wolf spirit animal: meanings emphasize a deep connection with your intuition and instincts.
In history, the totem Wolf symbol appears with the founders of Rome, Romulus and Remus. Legend has it that the two founding brothers were raised and suckled by a she-wolf. Her name was Lupa, and immortal she-goddess of the Romans. She not only nurtured the brothers who would launch Rome, she also is said to have trained other Roman heros so they would be cunning and fearless in battle. This goddess is a great reminder of the wolf’s ability to both nurture and be tough. It’s also a symbolic nod to giving all the knowledge and resources we can to those who need it in order for them to succeed in the world.
Fun Fact: Contrary to popular belief, wolves do not howl more at the full moon
