You Can Call Me Love Around the World

A few years ago I walked into a Starbucks and when they asked me my name to write on my cup I replied “you can call me Love.”

You can do this too.

Your name is Love. Same as mine.

From that moment was born the “You Can Call Me Love Campaign.” I was influenced to make this experiment after reading Hidden Messages in Water By Maseru Emote. He proved that what we think and how we speak to ourselves impacts our overall well-being. We can influence our health in a positive way simply by focusing on positive thoughts like love, peace, gratitude. Take a look at the video and “see” with your own eyes the effect the word “love” has on water. Remembering, of course, that all humans are comprised of 60-75% water just like the rivers, lakes and oceans.

Writing a positive affirmation on the outer container of what we drink changes its vibration. Just like the words we speak to ourselves internally and words we surround ourselves with spoken by others impact our personal energy. We can choose words that elevate our spirits, and increase our health or words that deplete us. Being aware of how what you think matters, will change your life. The science supports what yogis have known for thousands of years. It doesn’t matter if what you call it is mantra, affirmation or positive psychology, the benefits are what’s important.

STEPS TO BE LOVE: First 10 times you do this it won’t be easy. Try it anyway. You’ll feel self-conscious, weird from people looking at you when you walk up. It gets easier. Until that day it feels normal to ‪#‎BeLove

  1. Walk up to order your choice of beverage
  2. When they ask you what name to write on your cup respond to them “love”
  3. Be ready for confused response in how to spell it, being asked repeatedly and then a smile.
  4. Watch the barista prepare your drink when they see the name is LOVE.
  5. Watch people’s reactions when the barista calls out your name “Love your Latte is on the bar.”
  6. Walk up to your drink with confidence. Remember, you represent Love.

I hope you join me in this You Can Call Me Love Campaign and together, one latte at a time, we can change the world!

Love yourself, love your day, love your life! xoxo Love

More about the Hidden Messages in Water

In this New York Times bestseller, internationally renowned Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto shows how the influence of our thoughts, words and feelings on molecules of water can positively impact the earth and our personal health.

This book has the potential to profoundly transform your world view. Using high-speed photography, Dr. Masaru Emoto discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them. He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors. The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health.
