5 Healthy Choices on a Summer Saturday

Good day, everyone! I hope you’re all excited to get the most out of this summer Saturday.

We have so much to look forward to on days like this, including the promise of some warm sunshine. But at the same time, it’s important that we remember to take care of ourselves and our health, too.

That’s why today I’m going to share with you some of my top tips for making healthy choices on a summer Saturday.

First, and perhaps most importantly, make sure you stay hydrated throughout the day. Not only will it keep you feeling refreshed in the heat, but drinking plenty of water also helps to keep your energy levels up and kick-start your metabolism.

Second, try to limit your intake of sugary drinks. Sugary drinks are full of empty calories and they can quickly add up over the course of the day. Instead, opt for lower or no calorie options like sparkling water or unsweetened iced tea.

Three get outdoors. Go for a walk around the neighborhood, go on a hike, or even just sit and enjoy the sunshine. The fresh air and physical activity will do wonders for your mind, body, and soul.

Four, take advantage of the abundance of local and seasonal produce available right now. Enjoy summer fruits like watermelon and peaches, as well as fresh vegetables like tomatoes and squash. Eating fresh produce can give your body the nutrients it needs to help you stay fit.

Fifth, take some time to relax and wind down. Summer Saturdays are about having fun, but don’t forget to give yourself some time to rest and recharge as well. You deserve it!

So there we have it – five healthy choices for a summer Saturday. I hope you all have an amazing day and make the most of this beautiful weather, while also taking care of yourselves at the same time. Enjoy!

Hi love, I’m Silvia!

I’m a specialist in starting over.

Trauma revealed truths that took me to some faraway places for healing and wisdom. In Bali, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Laos, Hawaii and Malaysia, I soaked it up, took bold actions, and expanded what was possible for me.

Through all of this I learned something profound; the power of resiliency can be taught and even making a 5% change can change the future dramatically.

Now I teach women like you to access the power within you to change your life, celebrate your genius and start over to create any life you dare to dream.
