We often forget to take a moment for ourselves, to pause and reflect on our thoughts and emotions. This is where journaling comes in, offering a simple yet effective way to declutter our minds, increase happiness, and decrease cortisol levels. So, why not start your day off on the right foot by incorporating these journaling prompts into your morning routine?

The first prompt for a joyful morning is to list three things you are grateful for.
