Do you have a healthy relationship with time?

Do you have a healthy relationships with time?

We often feel like there’s not enough time in the day or that we have to rush through our lives, but what if I told you there’s a better way? In this video, I’m going to share with you some ideas on how to maintain a healthy relationship with time.

First, it’s important to remember that time is a precious resource. Every minute should be used wisely and purposefully. Try to set aside periods of time for yourself each day to relax and enjoy life. This could be meditation, yoga, reading or anything that helps to slow your mind and body down. When we take the time for ourselves, it sets us up for successful time management and allows us to prioritize our tasks.

Second, it’s important to be mindful of how you use your time. Are you spending too much time on social media or watching TV? It’s okay to use these platforms in moderation, but be aware of how much time you’re dedicating to them.

Third, plan ahead and make lists. This will help you stay organized and keep track of what needs to get done. Identify the most important tasks and goals and prioritize them. Have a plan in place each week to ensure that your goals get accomplished.

Fourth, don’t be afraid to delegate tasks or ask for help. We can’t do everything on our own, so learn to accept help when offered. It may be difficult at first to outsource tasks, but it can make all the difference in helping you have a healthier relationship with time.

Finally, learn to say no. We often feel obligated to do things that we don’t have time for or don’t really want to do. If something is not a priority for you, it’s okay to say no and focus on your own projects.

I hope these tips have helped give you some ideas on how to maintain a healthy relationship with time. Remember that time is valuable, so use it wisely!

With lovingkindness,

Silvia Mordini

Hi love, I’m Silvia!

I’m a specialist in starting over.

Trauma revealed truths that took me to some faraway places for healing and wisdom. In Bali, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Laos, Hawaii and Malaysia, I soaked it up, took bold actions, and expanded what was possible for me.

Through all of this I learned something profound; the power of resiliency can be taught and even making a 5% change can change the future dramatically.

Now I teach women like you to access the power within you to change your life, celebrate your genius and start over to create any life you dare to dream.
