Find your grounding with the wide-legged forward fold pose 🙏 This asana is perfect for opening up your hips, hamstrings, and lower back, while also giving you a sense of calm and relaxation.

To practice this pose, start in a wide-legged stance with your feet parallel to each other. Keep your spine long and exhale as you fold forward, hinging from your hips. You can rest your hands on the floor or use yoga blocks for support.

Remember to keep your knees soft and avoid locking them out. Take deep breaths and allow your body to release any tension.
