Truth is, I was rewarded in my corporate career for having high functioning anxiety. Back then, no one wanted me to feel better because I was so productive feeling high anxiety.
My personal healing journey has taken me all over the world, working with shamans from Bali all the way to Hawaii. ✨And I know it’s possible to transform trauma to triumph, transmute wounds to wisdom. ✨Because I’ve done so myself.
And along the way, resiliency has become my superhero power. I’ve slayed PTSD, anxiety, agoraphobia, and I’ve used plant-based medicine, shamanic ceremonies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, meditation, and yoga.
