Journaling Prompts to create focus on what you want

Journaling is one of the most powerful tools for creating more focus in life. It helps you to transfer thoughts from your head into the physical world and allows you to reflect on them more objectively. Through journaling, you can become clearer about goals and gain insights into areas of your life that may need more attention.

Keeping yourself focused on your goals is essential if you want to get results. That’s why journaling can be a great way of maintaining focus and creating no bad days.

Journaling can provide clarity and help you figure out what you really want, while keeping you in touch with yourself. Some of the things you could journal about could include your current thoughts and feelings, goals, successes and failures, and even gratitude and joy.

When it comes to journaling, it’s important to be consistent. You don’t have to journal every day but make sure to set aside some time in the week to write down your thoughts and feelings.

You can also use journaling prompts to help you stay focused on what you want and create no bad days. The prompts can be anything from writing about the things you’re grateful for to focusing on how you can achieve your goals. The possibilities are endless.

Using journaling prompts can help you stay on track and make sure you’re not getting distracted by negative thoughts or emotions. They can also remind you of the progress you’ve made, so you can set realistic goals for yourself and stay motivated.

Don’t forget that journaling is all about you. Take some time every day to reflect on your thoughts, feelings and goals, and let go of any negatives that come up.

Here are some journaling prompts to help you manifest what you want in life and create more focus on your desired outcomes:

1. Write down 3 goals you want to achieve this week.
2. Describe in a few sentences the feelings you want to experience in achieving these goals.
3. List 5 steps you need to take to reach your goals.
4. Create a visualization of the end result you want to achieve.
5. Visualize the milestone points along the way to achieving your goal.
6. Write down 3-5 affirmations that serve as reminders and motivators of setting and achieving your goals.
7. Note any specific skills or knowledge that are needed to reach your goal.
8. Make a list of your self-care practices that help you stay focused on your goal(s).
9. Identify any relationships that may be helpful in achieving your goals and how you can nurture them.
10. Write down any specific actions you can take to stay on track with your goal(s).

Journaling with these prompts can help hold you accountable for the goals you set and can also help you stay focused on the desired outcomes. Even if you don’t reach all of your goals, journaling can be a therapeutic activity that will help you discover what works for you and make adjustments accordingly. When there is an intentional focus on what you want, you will be creating an environment where anything is possible! And what could be better than that?

Journaling is a great way to stay focused on your dreams and create no bad days.

With lovingkindness,

Hi love, I’m Silvia!

I’m a specialist in starting over.

Trauma revealed truths that took me to some faraway places for healing and wisdom. In Bali, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Laos, Hawaii and Malaysia, I soaked it up, took bold actions, and expanded what was possible for me.

Through all of this I learned something profound; the power of resiliency can be taught and even making a 5% change can change the future dramatically.

Now I teach women like you to access the power within you to change your life, celebrate your genius and start over to create any life you dare to dream.
