#HappinessRx: You know what makes life easier?
Knowing your purpose. (#dharma)
What makes life even easier?
Living true to your purpose.
To joyfully watch you Live Your Dharma is what inspires my ordinary spiritual teachings. My purpose is to serve as a guide to help you live your truth. Sometimes this means leading you back to yourself because we all get lost now and again.
I do this by creating retreats and immersions (aka trainings) where we step away from day to day routines. We spend time together so I may facilitate mindful reawakening. I think of it as REawakening because you were born with this knowing until things happen that caused you to forget. It’s an honor to be chosen by You for this role. I am grateful because in doing so you give me the opportunity to live my #dharma. 🙏
“It is my experience that the world itself has a role to play in our liberation. Its very pressures, pains, and risks can wake us up — release us from the bonds of ego and guide us home to our vast, true nature.” Joanna Macy
