Peace be Still

Daily I chant silently and aloud Om Tare Tuttare Ture Swaha. My crystal Mala blessed by Amma is always on my right wrist. It holds this mantra. 💚
“Tara #mantra is often used to overcome physical, mental or emotional blockages. #GreenTara is very active and steps down to help all the beings. Only thing required is that we need to resign and let go of our clinging to a particular outcome, because, to cling to a particular outcome is often self-defeating, as it creates unhappiness and agitation, particularly when it involves other people. The more we have Tara’s non-grasping attitude the more happy we are. When chanting the Tara mantra, we need to let go and bring the energy back into ourselves. This will generate immense inner peace and clarity.
Tara mantra protects the mind
#Goddess Tara is truly amazing. The #Tara mantra protects the mind from negative thoughts and vibrations. By its devotional chanting, one’s awareness expands and then you can feel the power of the blessings of Tara, who is called as the mother of all buddhas. She is extremely powerful, #compassionate and very forgiving. The mantra is truly very calming and relaxing. It helps center and calm the noise of the mind which is hyperactive.
People who are chanting the mantra often finds that their inner compassion is awakened.
Friendliness and tolerance flower in to our being as the qualities of Tara #manifest in us as we chant the Tara mantra. It is believed that reciting her mantra 108 times daily invokes her swift blessings.”

Ho’ oponopono Healing Forgiveness

Ho’ oponopono. We all benefit from help. Last night I had another healing session with a Light Worker to help me continue my healing journey. You see, I am trying to make peace in my heart once and for all with those that have hurt or betrayed me. I am tired of carrying the weight around and I dearly want to put it down and be FREE. One of the fundamental ways I love myself into healing is practicing #forgiveness. This meditation of Ho’oponopono changed my life. I hope it will yours too. Ask my anything about the practice. You see, I want us all to feel free!
“When you hold resentment toward another, you are bound to that person or condition by an emotional link that is stronger than steel. Forgiveness is the only way to dissolve that link and get free, Ho’oponopono is the Key Element and Love is the Ho’oponopono means to “make right” and is the Hawaiian code for forgiveness.
Ho’oponopono restores your light or energy body and your e-motion, or energy in motion. Through your light body you are connected with all of life. Through your e-motion you are always affecting everyone around you by your thoughts, words, feelings and actions. Ho’oponopo #Meditation is an ancient Hawaiian tradition for healing. By reciting the prayer one releases any negativity that keeps you from true happiness. Find more about Zero Limits by Joe Vitale.

Why Do You Hate Me?

Why Do You Hate Me?
By Silvia Mordini

Why does *He hate me? Why do you?
And why do you hate my friends and family too?

The Truth is…
I was not brave.
I didn’t do enough.
I don’t value my vagina or olive skin enough to stand up and be bigger.

I am sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.

I totally underestimated how much America hates women, people of color, LGBTQ and disabled people. And I totally didn’t realize that women are as sexist as anyone. I am behind the times in recognizing the monster of internalized sexism amongst “smart” women.

I am inspired to do more by Hillary Clinton whose words below stay with me, “I want everyone to come out from behind that and make sure your voices are heard going forward.

I have had successes and I’ve setbacks.

Never stop believing that fighting for what’s right is worth it.

For all the women who put their faith in me, nothing has made me prouder than to be your champion.

I know we still haven’t shattered that glass ceiling but someday someone will sooner than what we think right now.

To all the little girls, never doubt that you are powerful and deserving of every chance to pursue your own dreams.”

Every Day I Meditate on Lovingkindness

Every Day I Meditate. On LovingKindness and Compassion.

“In generosity and helping others: be like the river
In compassion and grace: be like the sun”.

‪Rumi‬ teaches us that our generosity and help to others should be like the river, ever flowing. Unconditional generosity, giving, and helping others is from a heart of unconditional lovingkindness.

“If one is to be a true cultivator of the Way,
One will not see the wrongs of the world.
In seeing other people’s faults,
We ourselves then commit a fault;
In considering others but not ourselves in fault
Ourselves are automatically in fault.
As long as we eliminate any inclination to see faults,
Defilements will then be smashed, removed and destroyed;
Without neither hatred nor craving bothering our mind,
We can rest in peace with both legs relaxingly stretched out.”

Only by forgoing anger, and hatred and offering forgiveness can we free ourselves, and be truly liberated.

Love’s Desire to Fulfill Itself

“Love has no other desire but to fulfill itself.
But if you love and most needs have desires, let these be your desires:
To melt and be like a running brook that sings its melody to the night.
To know the pain of too much tenderness.
To be wounded by your own understanding of love;
And to bleed willingly and joyfully.
To wake at dawn with a winged heart and give thanks for another day of loving;
To rest at the noon hour and meditate love’s ecstasy;
To return home at eventide with gratitude;
And then to sleep with a prayer for the beloved in your heart and a song of praise upon your lips.”

love you

Help Me Forgive

Even after all these years I still trying to be a better forgiver.

Today in mass when we said the Apostles Creed, something I’ve recited for decades, what stood out for me was “I BELIEVE IN THE FORGIVENESS OF SINS.”

And there it was. I had to stop for a moment in my breath and check in with my heart and ask myself, do I really believe in the forgiveness of sins? And for whom? Just me? For some people? For everyone unconditionally?

You see I’ve been journaling a lot about the betrayals I’ve experienced in the last 4 years and actively practicing forgiveness because I’m convinced it will save my life. Otherwise, I’m afraid I will be tied down to other people’s actions and low vibrational karma. We all know we cannot control what other people do or don’t do. However, that doesn’t decrease the pain caused by lies, stealing and bullying. It still hurts.

I’ve done the shadow work of looking at my own actions and offering forgiveness to myself for allowing myself to be bullied. I am so committed to the practice of forgiveness it is part of my daily meditation. Today saying these words in a new church,  in a new home, impacted me on a new level. If I really believe in the forgiveness of sins that must mean towards all those that have hurt me. I cannot make exceptions just because I’m still angry. And so I asked the divine to please help me forgive just as the divine forgives all of us.

“We must develop and maintain the capacity to forgive. He who is devoid of the power to forgive is devoid of the power to love.” – Martin Luther King, Jr.

I am convinced this is the answer to stay strong in my power to love.

And I find solace in these words by Chani Nichols

“What we learn through fear is also held close for most of us. We don’t forget the feeling of being rejected, refused and misunderstood. We have to work hard at making peace with the fact that we live in the land of imperfect human behavior. Ours and others.  To be alive is to walk around vulnerable to harm and to ecstasy.”

Apostles Creed

I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.
I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended into hell. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting.

I Renewed my Vow to Love

This morning at mass I renewed my vows to Love. I was reminded that on this day we all have the opportunity to renew our vows.

With the supportive energy of the ‪#‎newmoon‬ I’m born to ‪#‎beginagain‬. I breathe as if for the very first time. Every new moment is sacred. Everything inside me is love.

My 4th ‪#‎chakra‬ ‪#‎anahata‬ (which means “unhurt”) is reset.

There is nothing to fear.
There is nothing to forgive.

My heart is open, flowing freely with love and compassion. Singing tonight ‪#‎waheguru‬

LoveYourself Meditation

This morning in my meditation, I felt this enormous loving wave to Forgive everyone.

I asked Spirit what form should this take: do I call, write letters, send emails? I was told to meditate my forgiveness to each person & in that moment my timer reset itself to 1 hour 31 minutes.

That’s the time I’ll dedicate to offering out complete soulful forgiveness to anyone that has hurt me. Then the strings will be cut, I’ll be released forever from this pain.

‪#‎NewMoon‬ is blessing me with the Venus Libra energy to do this so I’ll return to my best balance. Equilibrium restored

I am forgiving…
I thank you for what you’ve taught me…
