🧘♀️ #YogaPoseOfTheDay: Bridge Pose 🧘♀️
Bridge Pose is a great pose for strengthening the back, glutes, and legs, as well as opening up the chest and shoulders.
To get into the pose, start lying on your back with your knees bent and your feet flat on the ground. Place your arms at your sides, palms facing down. Press your feet into the ground and lift your hips up towards the ceiling, keeping your knees and feet hip-width apart.
You can interlace your fingers underneath your body and roll your shoulders underneath you for a deeper stretch. You can also stay in the pose for several breaths, or slowly pulse your hips up and down to engage your glutes.
Remember to breathe deeply and hold the pose for several breaths, then slowly release and come back down to the ground.
