I’ve taught teachers for 10 years, I owned a studio for 12 years, have taught Yoga for 20 years. Here’s a bit of what I’ve learned about Yogapreneurship. Published by @GaiamTV @MyYogaOnline
Here’s a bit of my article to enjoy.
In most cases, you are an independent contractor instead of an employee. Therefore, knowing the benefits related to your Yoga Alliance certification, health insurance, and tax implications along with a systematic approach to tracking your expenses is fundamental.
Also set your course for sustainable ways to manage your yoga business. How long do you want to be a Yogapreneur? A year, five years, 10 years? This will impact the design and implementation of your Yogapreneurship strategy.

Be clear on how you define “success” and what it means to “prosper.” If you look up the word prosper, its meanings include: to flourish; thrive; grow as well as to make money. Which of these definitions intrinsically motivate you? Are you in the business of yoga to make money, a common way many define success in other careers, or does your enthusiasm lie in your passion to thrive in your personal and professional life?

Hi love, I’m Silvia!

I’m a specialist in starting over.

Trauma revealed truths that took me to some faraway places for healing and wisdom. In Bali, South America, New Zealand, Australia, Laos, Hawaii and Malaysia, I soaked it up, took bold actions, and expanded what was possible for me.

Through all of this I learned something profound; the power of resiliency can be taught and even making a 5% change can change the future dramatically.

Now I teach women like you to access the power within you to change your life, celebrate your genius and start over to create any life you dare to dream.
